The typical lower limit is 0.75%, and the usual higher limit is 5.6%. The highest amount of styrax resinoid (liquidambar styraciflua) we encountered in any single formula is 13%, and the lowest was 0.25%.
Please note that according to the IFRA Standard Category 4, the level of styrax resinoid (liquidambar styraciflua) should not exceed 0.64% of the final product. Assuming that you will be using your formula for an alcoholic perfume at a 10% dilution, this means you should only use styrax resinoid (liquidambar styraciflua) at 6.4% or less of the formula.
