Please note that according to the IFRA Standard Category 4, the level of lemon oil decolorized should not exceed 2.0% of the final product. Assuming that you will be using your formula for an alcoholic perfume at a 10% dilution, this means you should only use lemon oil decolorized at 20% or less of the formula.
