The highest amount of hydroxycitronellal we encountered in any single formula is 38%, and the lowest was 0.35%.
Please note that according to the IFRA Standard Category 4, the level of hydroxycitronellal should not exceed 2.1% of the final product. Assuming that you will be using your formula for an alcoholic perfume at a 10% dilution, this means you should only use hydroxycitronellal at 21% or less of the formula.
