The highest amount of peru balsam oil we encountered in any single formula is 5.3%, and the lowest was 0.15%.
Please note that according to the IFRA Standard Category 4, the level of peru balsam oil should not exceed 0.41% of the final product. Assuming that you will be using your formula for an alcoholic perfume at a 10% dilution, this means you should only use peru balsam oil at 4.1% or less of the formula.
